Feel right at home in the Estate house while you prepare for your big day. Between the estate suite, bridal room with a wall of mirrors and vanity space, the game room with pool table and bar, and multiple living areas with ample spaces on three levels of the home, there is room for everyone

Whether you have dreamed of a garden wedding under a 200 year old shade tree or a weeping willow, getting married in a stunning historic white church, or in a gorgeous greenhouse building, we have it all! With a multitude of indoor and outdoor options, you are guaranteed to have the ceremony of your dreams.

COCKTAIL
Guests enjoy the expansive grounds while being treated with hors doeuvres and sipping on their drink of choice. The bistro lit patio includes wrought iron cocktail tables and a bar, propane fire pits, and white resin bench seating. Entertain your guests with our lawn games and multiple tree swings.
Reception
THE
Continue the celebration with dinner and dancing in our greenhouse inspired reception building with doors that can completely open or close on three sides. This allows you the choice of an al fresco feel for dinner, or stay nice and cozy with the doors closed, the building heated, and the fireplace on. With the expansive windows bringing the outdoor gardens right to the door step, you are able to feel outdoors while feeling the comfort of being inside.
About Us
Meet us – Sarah, Collin, and our daughters, Finley and Millie! We’re high school sweethearts, and we’ve been together for over half of our lives. Waverly has been my (Sarah’s) dream since my early college days. After coordinating weddings at various venues around Richmond and its surrounding areas, and then planning our own wedding, I knew one day I wanted to own a venue to help others create their special moments. In December 2015, just two months after we got married, we discovered this hidden gem. At the time, it was just a residential house, but we quickly started planning to see if we could turn it into something extraordinary. It was a huge leap for us—moving away from family and friends to start something new—but we took that leap of faith and have never looked back.
Waverly Estate was designed to provide our couples with a peaceful and relaxing experience on their big day. We strive to ensure that no one ever feels rushed in or out of the venue. Our goal is for all of our couples, their families, and friends to feel completely at home during their wedding weekend. The greatest joy has been reconnecting with couples after their wedding, meeting their children, and catching up with them—it’s a special part of what we do, and something we will always cherish.
